Over Cast Weather

Here on the Central Coast it is overcast with unclear skies. It is currently 55 degrees, 80% humidity with no winds. Weatherman states rain for today and tomorrow. In my humble opinion the weather should not change as often as it does. Down at the bottom there is a picture of the beach.
