Cold snap

Some of the states got a really cold weather. Some trees fell due to the cold snap. And some peoples power was out also. There was lots of ice also. Lots of of homes got damaged. Some plants got damaged also. One of the states was kansas. There was also a fire. School also got Canseled. The roads were also slippery.

Wonderful weather

Today here on the Central Coast the weather was fantastic. Nobody at school was wearing a jacket. This is great weather for going to the beach. When it rains we should be inside. We should also be in long pants not shorts. Shorts are for when it is sunny and warm.

Websters dictionary says weather means many different things. It could mean the state of a the atmosphere at a given time and place or unpleasant or destructive atmosheric conditions. There are many other definitions. Look it up!!!!

Fantastic Weather

Today here on the Central Coast it was very sunny and cold. Also it was a little windy. I felt great. Then in the after noon it got warmer.

Today the weather was nice here on the Central Coast. When I was out side part of the time it was cold and windy. Other times it was nice and warm and sunny. I did not need a jacket except in the morning.

I want you to learn some more stuff about the weather. There are all kinds of precipitation, drizzle , Rain freeezing rain, sleet, Hail, and snow. There are four seasons, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. There are dry seasons and wet seasons. My favorite season is Summer. Whats your favorite season?

Today the weather was very sunny until it got foggy later in the afternoon. I went to the Beach. It felt cold. There were lots of people in the water. The people in the water are crazy.

Today the weather is nice and sunny. Today I went to school and the weather was great and no one was wearing a jacket. This is fantastic weather for trick or treaters. Then I came home and got a flu shot. I got a shot so that I don't get sick in the winter when the weather is chilly and rainy.

Yesterday we had some light rain come our way. It felt cold. The rain helped the fire fighters put the fires out.

Wild fires are happening in California, thousands of people have evacuated from their homes. Lots of homes have been destroyed. You can read about it here. The fires have been bad because of the wind and lack of rain.

Storm Chasers

I saw this show called Storm Chasers on the Discovery channel. The people were chasing Tornadoes. I was shocked that they would drive into a tornado. I would not want to chase tornadoes, it looked scary. They were doing it to get scientific information to save life's. You should check out this show on Wednesdays.
